How is the shipping cost of my order determined?
We offer Free Shipping to the intercontinental US on all products, and Free Shipping on bowling balls to Hawaii and Alaska. If you decide you would like to upgrade your shipping speed here is how your shipping will be calculated. The total weight of your items, the destination it is shipping to, plus the shipping method determines the cost of shipping. We have a shipping estimator built in to the sites shopping cart.

Will the ball colors or swirls look the same as the picture.
No, the picture is a representation supplied by the manufacturer of what the balls color will possibly look like.

I'm an adult, what is the lightest ball you recommend?
Manufactures are no longer offering warranties on plastic balls under 12 lbs with adult size drillings. Luckily they are now making Urethane bowling balls down to 8 lbs that are warrantied for adult size drillings. These balls are much more durable and will last much longer than a plastic ball. If you need help finding a urethane bowling ball please call us at 937-559-1541 between 9-5 EST for assistance in selecting the correct ball for you.

How are custom bowling balls made?
Custom balls are made by taking a white bowling ball and wraping 2 designed pictures on the ball, one picture on each side. Due to this process there is a little overlap of the 2 pictures creating approximately a 1/4" seem running around the entire ball that is a little darker than the rest of the ball. This is unavoidable and part of the custom bowling ball process.

What is your policy on out of stock items?
Our policy at CheapBowlingBalls.com is to notify you either by phone or e-mail within 24-48 hours if your item is out of stock. If your item is backordered we will complete your payment and give you an estimated time frame in which you can expect your item, this time frame can change. If you wish to cancel the out of stock item you may do so at no charge to you.

How do you keep your prices so low?
If your asking if there are hidden costs the answer is no. Our shipping fees are actual. Our distributors give us discounted costs due to the high volume of sales we do. In return we offer our customers discounted prices.

How soon will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 4 PM Eastern Time for in stock items will ship the same day if using UPS or FedEx. USPS will be picked up the following day. Any order that is made between Friday afternoon and Sunday will be processed on Monday. With the exception of Monday being a holiday, then it will be processed on Tuesday. Orders with specific requests or ball specs may delay shippment if approval is needed from the customer.

What if I’m looking for a certain item how do I find it?
There are a few ways to locate items on our site. If you know who makes the item you are looking for you can click on the manufactures name to see a list of the items we have in stock. Also you can use the search bar to find the item. Either enter the name of the item or if you don’t know the name of the item enter a key word then click “search”.

What is your policy on items damaged during shipment?
Although we take great care in shipping your items so that they arrive to you in perfect condition we also realize that things happen. If something should happen to your merchandise during shipping we will start a damage claim, once the claim is complete we will arrange to reship your items.

Do you have catalogs?
No. Most manufacturers add or discontinue bowling balls, bags, etc. as often as every month or two. In order to stay up to date on our products we keep our website current at all times.
