How is the shipping cost of my order determined?
The total weight of your items plus the shipping method determines the cost of shipping. If just purchasing an item under 2 pounds, i.e. accessories, there is a minimum shipping charge of $4.95. Will the ball colors or swirls look the same as the picture?
No, the picture is a representation supplied by the manufacturer of what the balls color will possibly look like. What is your policy on out of stock items?

If your item is backordered we will give you a time frame in which you can expect your item. If you wish to cancel the out of stock item you may do so at no charge to you. It takes 24-36 hours to process and ship most orders. Any order that is made between Friday afternoon and Sunday will be processed on Monday. With the exception of Monday being a holiday, then it will be processed on Tuesday. What if I’m looking for a certain item how do I find it?
There are a few ways to locate items on our site. If you know who makes the item you are looking for you can click on the manufactures name to see a list of the items we have in stock. Also you can use the search bar to find the item. Either enter the name of the item or if you don’t know the name of the item enter a key word then click “search”. What if you don’t carry the item I want?
