How is the shipping cost of my order determined?
The total weight of your items plus the shipping method determines the cost of shipping. If just purchasing an item under 2 pounds, i.e. accessories, there is a minimum shipping charge of $4.95.

Will the ball colors or swirls look the same as the picture?
No, the picture is a representation supplied by the manufacturer of what the balls color will possibly look like.

What is your policy on out of stock items?
Our policy at cheapbowlingballs.com is to notify you either by phone or e-mail within 24-48 hours if your item is out of stock. It may take a few extra days to receive the item(s). If your item is backordered we will give you a time frame in which you can expect your item. If you wish to cancel the backordered item you may do so at no charge to you.

How do you keep your prices so low?
If your asking if there are hidden costs the answer is no. Our shipping fees are actual. Our distributors give us discounted costs due to the high volume of sales we do. In return we offer our customers discounted prices.

Is my personal information safe, including my credit card information?
We at cheapbowlingballs.com do not trade or give information to other companies. Your credit card information is encoded by the latest SSL secure shopping program which ensures its safety.

How soon will my order be shipped?
It takes 24-36 hours to process and ship most orders. Any order that is made between Friday afternoon and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. With the exception of Monday being a holiday, then it will be shipped on Tuesday.

What if I’m looking for a certain item how do I find it?
There are a few ways to locate items on our site. If you know who makes the item you are looking for you can click on the manufactures name to see a list of the items we have in stock. Also you can use the search bar to find the item. Either enter the name of the item or if you don’t know the name of the item enter a key word the hit “go”.

What if you don’t carry the item I want?
Our web site is being updated every week if you cant find the item(s) you are looking for on our site e-mail us at support@cheapbowlingballs.com 24 hours a day or call 1(937) 559-1541 9:00am-6:00pm EST Monday thru Friday.

What is your policy on items damaged during shipment?
Although we take great care in shipping your items so that they arrive to you in great condition we also realize that things happen. If something should happen to your merchandise during shipping we will arrange to have it replaced.

Do you have catalogs?
No. Most companies add or discontinue bowling balls, bags, etc. as often as every month or two. In order to stay up to date on our products we keep our website current at all times.
