RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For help returning or exchanging items follow the simple steps
below.
The items
must be unused, undrilled and in the same condition that it was shipped
to you. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice.
You must
return the product within 15 days of receiving it. Along with the
manufactures packaging the product must be shipped with protective
packaging purchased by you. Everything except bowling shoes being
exchanged for a different size will have a 15% return fee applied
(15% of cost of the item(s) returned). If exchanging shoes for a different
size you are responsible for all shipping charges that occur.
If you
were not authorized by cheapbowlingballs.com to decline a package
containing the exact items you ordered, charges for the delivery and return of the product back to us will occur.
Cheapbowlingballs.com will not be responsible for bad color mixtures. Balls can be exchanged, but the customer will incur all shipping charges.
All book
sales are final unless the wrong product was shipped to you. If a
video is still in the original packaging and there is a good reason
it may be returned or exchanged. Cheapbowlingballs.com has the right
to charge the customer for the merchandise and shipping of any product
not returned in its original packaging. We also have the right to
send the product back to the customer.
Sorry,
no returns on discontinued, seconds or closeout items.
If your
return was not our error we will subtract the cost of shipping from
your return.
Cheapbowlingballs.com
will pay the shipping costs if the error was ours.
Any item(s)
returned in the original manufactured box with no protective packaging
by the customer is subject to be returned to the customer without
a refund. We can not resell any manufactures box that has been taped,
written on or has a shipping label attached to it.
Only
after the merchandise has been received, inspected and decided that
it is in satisfactory condition will any credit card sales be returned
or exchanged. After the receipt of satisfactory merchandise cheapbowlingballs.com
will gladly credit your account.
