Cheapbowlingballs.com uses UPS for all our shipping needs. The zip code we ship from is 45420, we will ship to anywhere UPS delivers. UPS does not ship to PO boxes. There will be a $5.00 charge for any address correction provided by UPS, so please ensure your address is complete and accurate.

If you were not authorized by CheapBowlingBalls.com to decline a package containing the exact items you ordered or if you requested to pick up the package from the UPS facility and did not, you will be charged the return shipping charges that were occured in the return of the package to us.

We will try always to ship your orders within 24-48 hours. Any delays that occur through UPS once we have shipped your merchandise we are not liable for.

Tracking information is automatically sent to all customers with a supplied email address. If you did not receive your tracking info, please contact us at support@cheapbowlingballs.com. Please type "tracking info" followed by your order number in the subject line.
