Returns & Exchanges|

For help returning or exchanging items follow the simple steps below.

The item(s) must be unused, undrilled and in the same condition that it was shipped to you. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice or the invoice number.

For product returns or exchanges you must send back the product in the manufactures original packaging, and then the product must be shipped inside another protective package/box either purchased by you or the brown shipping box we shipped the item in originally to you. *For purchases made between Black Friday and Christmas the return/exchange policy is extended until January 30th the following year.

*Items returned within 30 days from the date of delivery will have a 15% return fee applied (15% of cost of the item(s) returned).
*Items returned 31-60 days from the date of delivery will have a 25% restocking fee applied (25% of cost of the item(s) returned).
*Items returned after 60 days from the date of delivery will have a 40% restocking fee applied (40% of cost of the item(s) returned).

*Shoes that have been bowled in or have dirty soles will have a 40% restocking fee applied (40% of cost of the item(s) returned). Shoes must be tried on at home on carpet to keep them in new returnable condition.

If returning or exchanging a product or products you are responsible for all shipping charges that occur even on Free Shipping items.

Exchanges are valid only for the exact item you ordered but in a different size, color or weight. If changing products you have a 30 day grace period where you will not be charged a restocking fee. After that the regular restocking fees apply. You will need to return the product(s) for a refund and reorder the new product.

If you were not authorized by to decline a package containing the exact items you ordered, charges for the delivery and return of the product back to us will occur. will not be responsible for bad color mixtures. Balls can be exchanged, but the customer will incur all shipping charges.

Custom bowling balls and bowling pins are not returnable.

Closeout shoes can not be returned or exchanged for any reason. All other closeout items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only no refunds will be granted on closeout items.

Blems, Seconds and X-outs are sold as is and are not available for returns or exchanges.

Dye Sublimation shirts with names added are non-refundable and the order may not be canceled for any reason once processed. Dye sublimation shirts with names added may only be returned for manufacturer defects after talking to customer service and receiving a RA# for the shirt. Dye sublimation shirts that do not have names added can be returned under our normal return policy.

All book sales are final unless the wrong product was shipped to you. If a video is still sealed in the original packaging it may be returned or exchanged under the regular terms listed above. has the right to charge the customer for the merchandise and shipping of any product not returned in its original packaging. We also have the right to send the product back to the customer.

Sorry, no returns or exchanges on discontinued, seconds, blems, X-outs or closeout items.

If your return was not our error we will subtract the cost of shipping from your return. will pay the replacement shipping costs if the error was ours.

Any item(s) returned in the original manufactured box with no protective packaging by the customer is subject to a 50% restocking fee. We can not resell any manufactures box that has been taped, written on or has a shipping label attached to it.

Only after the merchandise has been received, inspected and decided that it is in satisfactory condition will any money be returned or product(s) exchanged. After the receipt of satisfactory merchandise will gladly credit your account or exchange your product(s).

Warranty Claims
Warranty claims will be handled by email as much as possible. To initiate a warranty claim we must receive clear pictures of the issue so we can send them to the manufacturer for warranty approval. If the manufacture requests the product back for a warranty issue the customer must send the product back to complete the warranty claim. It is the customers responsibility to pay for shipping the product back to us if requested by the manufacturer. All shipping charges for replacement items sent back to the customer resulting from a warranty claim is at the responsibility of the customer to pay. Items will not ship out until the shipping charges have been paid for.

Defective Merchandise

All items are covered by the original manufacturers' warranties. See their terms and conditions before returning any merchandise to All defects must be handled directly with and not the manufacturer.
