CheapBowlingBalls reserves the right to accept or deny any orders at any time for any reason.
CheapBowlingBalls may require additional information or verification before accepting any orders.
Orders placed online may be processed right away. Once the order has been processed by us the order may not be cancelled or modified for any reason. We cannot locate packages once they have been boxed, labeled and put on a shipping skid.
If the product is priced wrong on our website, either by a site editing error, or by a pricing error in the information from our supplier CheapBowlingBalls.com has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the item(s) listed incorrectly.
Occasionally from time to time a manufacturer may make a change in the appearance of an item. We will make all attempts to keep up to date with the exact appearance of an item, but some items may arrive slightly different than shown online.

CheapBowlingBalls accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal (Confirmed Addresses Only), and Debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo. You will not be charged a surcharge for using your credit card to purchase items on our website.
Please make sure your billing address is the same as what it is on your credit card, or it may result in a declined transaction. If you receive a declined transaction due to an incorrect address, your bank may place a temporary hold of funds on the attempted purchase. This will be removed as soon as your bank allows.
All funds must be in American currency only. We must have confirmation of funds before the order is processed and shipped.

Free shipping is only available for US addresses located within the 48 contiguous states. If you are ordering any products to be delivered outside the U.S. you will be given shipping options for your order.
CheapBowlingBalls uses UPS, FedEx & USPS for all our shipping needs. We ship from 11 warehouses located around the country to provided the fastest delivery times in the industry. UPS does not ship to PO boxes. There will be a $18.00 charge for any address correction provided by UPS, so please ensure your address is complete and accurate including Apt, Suite and Zip Code.
Orders placed before 2 pm Eastern time should ship the same day. This applies only to orders which all items are in stock. Special requests can impact same day shipping. Orders containing products by Innovative will ship from Innovative directly and are not guaranteed to go out the same day. Any delays that occur through UPS, USPS or FedEx once we have shipped your merchandise we are not liable for. Orders being shipped by USPS will take an extra day to ship due to the time they pick up our packages.
Tracking information is automatically sent to all customers with a supplied and valid email address. If you did not receive your tracking info, please contact us at [email protected]. Please type "Tracking Info" followed by your "order number" in the subject line.

If you choose a shipping method other than Free Shipping it does not guarantee that your order will be processed and shipped faster.
If you are shipping to Canada or Mexico you will be required to pay all applicable import duties and taxed when the package is delivered.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your CheapBowlingBalls order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused, undrilled, unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise must include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply.
Returns must be received within 30 day of delivery for free returns, with the exception of bowling balls & roller bags which will have a 15% restocking fee applied.
*Items returned 31-60 days from the date of delivery will have a 25% restocking fee applied (25% of cost of the item(s) returned).
*Items returned after 60 days from the date of delivery will have a 40% restocking fee applied (40% of cost of the item(s) returned).
*For purchases made between Black Friday and Christmas the 30 day return policy is extended until January 30th the following year.
Shoes that have been bowled in or have dirty soles will have a 40% restocking fee applied. Shoes must be tried on at home, on carpet to keep them in new returnable condition.
Product(s) not returned in its original packaging will have a 40% restocking fee applied.
Any item(s) returned in the original manufactured box with no protective packaging by the customer will have a 40% restocking fee applied. We can not resell any manufactures box that have been taped, written on or have a shipping label attached to it.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Custom bowling balls, pins and apparel with a name added may not be returned for any reason except manufacturer defects.
Closeout shoes can not be returned for any reason. All other closeout items may be returned for store credit only no refunds will be granted on closeout items.
Blems, Seconds and X-outs are sold as is and are not available for returns.
All book sales are final unless the wrong product was shipped to you. If a video is still sealed in the original packaging it may be returned or exchanged under the regular terms listed above.
CheapBowlingBalls.com will not be responsible for bad color mixtures of bowling balls. Balls with bad color mixtures can be exchanged for another exact item, but the customer will incur all shipping charges.
Manufactures are no longer offering warranties on plastic balls weighing 10 lbs or less with an adult size drilling. Luckily they are now making Urethane bowling balls down to 8 lbs that are warrantied for an adult size drilling. These balls are much more durable and will last much longer than a plastic ball. If you need help finding a urethane bowling ball please call us at 937-559-1541 between 11-7 EST for assistance in selecting the correct ball for you.
If you were not authorized by CheapBowlingBalls.com to decline a package containing the exact items you ordered, charges for the delivery and return of the product back to us will occur.
Only after the merchandise has been received, inspected and decided that it is in satisfactory condition will any money be returned or product(s) exchanged. After the receipt of satisfactory merchandise CheapBowlingBalls.com will gladly credit your account or exchange your product(s).
Please allow 7 to 14 days for CheapBowlingBalls to process your return.
Warranty claims will be handled by email as much as possible to save shipping costs. To initiate a warranty claim we must receive clear pictures of the issue so we can send them to the manufacturer for warranty approval. If the manufacture requests the product back for a warranty issue the customer must send the product back to complete the warranty claim. All shipping charges incurred for a warranty claim is the responsibility of the customer. Items will not ship out until the shipping charges have been paid for.
