Track 400A SE Bowling Ball

Manufacturer’s Intent: With every new Track release, our R&D department spends countless hours assuring the quality and performance of our product. The new 400A Special Edition is no different. The goal in mind was to create something very unique and special. By combining our DNA core with the highest grade resin possible in our new Luxury MA cover, we have taken class to a whole new level. 

Core: The 400A Special Edition features our DNA Core. This core was recently used for the first time in our 300C Solid. This core offers a medium-high RG which helps push this new release down the lane while storing plenty of energy for the back end. This combined with large flare potential enables the cover to respond aggressively to the friction at the back end of the lane. 

Cover: For this release, we our using our new Luxury MA coverstock. The formula for this cover uses a higher grade of resin compared to any of our previous releases. This higher grade of resin creates more vibrant colors as well as improved performance at the back end of the lane. 

Finish: The final step that completes the ball development process is the finish. Having the right finish allows for the perfect combination of core and cover to shine for a wider variety of bowling styles. For the 400A Special Edition, we went with 500/1000/2000 Abralon® polished w/PowerhouseTM Factory Finish Polish. This finish process allows the 400A Special Edition to glide through the oil making a quick response at the breakpoint. 

Overall: When we developed the 400A Special Edition, we wanted to create something truly special.There are several features about this new release that help make it unique. For starters, this marks the first time that Track has released a ball in the 400 series. We improved upon the performance and looks by using the highest grade resin available in our new Luxury MA cover. Finally, the eye catching White Diamond color scheme puts the 400A Special Edition in a class of its own.
