Returns & Exchanges

You have 60 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Exceptions apply, individual return and exchange times are posted on each product page.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, undrilled, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
Shoes must be tried on at home on carpet to keep them in new returnable condition.
Your item must include all the vendor packaging and tags.
Your item needs to include a packing slip or invoice.

Refunds

Items returned for a refund in resell-able condition will have a 15% return fee applied (15% of cost of the item(s) returned).
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit in about 2-3 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible to pay for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
